Special Issue

Fair Open access

To support the open access initiative, the proceedings of this edition of INOC have been published in open access, free of charge. Likewise, we have just created a free open access journal, entitled Open Journal of Mathematical Optimization (OJMO), see here for details and submission.

Networks

As announced during the conference, there will be a special issue of the Networks journal dedicated to the conference. We invite every participant to the conference to submit a full paper corresponding to his/her oral presentation. The deadline for the paper submission is September 15, 2019.

Papers submitted for the special issues must follow the guidelines for the Networks journal:

Note however that submissions should be sent by email to inoc2019 at euro-online.org and not through the ScholarOne system.

The Guest Editors for this special issue are

Luis Gouveia, CIO, Unversidade de Lisboa.
